Investigation always raises interesting questions. One of the most challenging failure conditions to handle, possibly. What happens when Investigate fails?
Use Magic can do intentionally open-ended things. Each table has to define magic's limits for itself. By default, magic lasts about 30 min and has no dangerous side effects, including not drawing attention (unless, perhaps, there's a glitch...).

When entering a dangerous area, scoping out a lair, or corroborating the hairs standing up on the back of their neck, Read a Bad Situation helps hunters gather meaningful observations so they can act.
Is Act the catch-all move? It sure is useful.
If harm is likely to be exchanged. If it's high-stakes or an attack from afar, it might just be Act Under Pressure.
